8 - 9 AM BREAKFAST
Light breakfast, coffee & tea
9:30 AM STREACHES
Energy clearing, grounding, followed by a meditation focusing on feeling your enegry and your body while listening to your intuition
15 MINUTE MID-MORNING BREAK
LATE MORNING - Meditation & teachings
12 PM - 1 PM LUNCH
1 PM - 2:30 PM- Alone time to go for a walk to reconnect to nature, and journal your thoughts .
2:30-3 pm BREAK
3 PM - 5 PM RELEASE FIRE CEREMONY+ DRUMMING
6 PM DINNER
Followed by coffee, tea and light snacks
8 - 9 AM BREAKFAST
